Parloa
Parloa is a platform vertical AI agent from Parloa. A platform on which large companies build voice and chat agents that answer customer calls and handle requests such as account look-ups and booking changes. Nearfi's Agent Index rates its autonomy 4/5 (multi-step on its own): Parloa's demos show its agents looking up accounts, checking delivery times, updating bookings and transferring callers without a person on the call. Its page gives no detail on approvals, so we do not rate it a 5. Status: live; 0 incident(s) logged.

Why 4: Parloa's demos show its agents looking up accounts, checking delivery times, updating bookings and transferring callers without a person on the call. Its page gives no detail on approvals, so we do not rate it a 5.
What it does. Parloa sells a system for building, running and improving customer-service agents. TechCrunch reports its agents currently answer phone calls, with a plan to extend to apps and websites. Named customers include Allianz, Booking.com, SAP, Swiss Life and HealthEquity. It raised a $350 million Series D at a $3 billion valuation on 15 January 2026.
Where it falls short. Parloa's page lists an 'Authenticated Agent Actions' solution without detail, so the actions shown come from its demo conversations. The cost and speed figures on its site are the company's own claims.
