Warp Factories
Warp Factories is a standalone vertical AI agent from Warp. A control plane for fleets of coding agents that take an issue, Slack message or schedule through to a mergeable pull request. Nearfi's Agent Index rates its autonomy 4/5 (multi-step on its own): Warp says a factory's agents triage, implement, review and verify work with humans stepping in only at decision points, and the page mentions approval gates without explaining them. It is in closed early access, so we rate it on what Warp describes, not on public use. Status: waitlist; 0 incident(s) logged.

Why 4: Warp says a factory's agents triage, implement, review and verify work with humans stepping in only at decision points, and the page mentions approval gates without explaining them. It is in closed early access, so we rate it on what Warp describes, not on public use.
What it does. A 'factory' connects agents to a team's software process. A coordinating agent called the Foreman takes requests from Slack or Linear and hands work to agents for triage, planning, implementation and review. Teams can bring their own models, agent harnesses such as Claude Code or Codex, and hosting. Warp says each agent attaches a screenshot or video so the work can be checked before shipping.
Where it falls short. Access is by request to a limited set of teams. Warp's own pages and one short launch write-up are the only sources opened, so its claims are largely the company's framing. Approval gates are mentioned but not explained.
