What it does. It remembers preferences across sessions.
Where it falls short. It is in beta for a limited group of Zillow users, and Zillow says it supports rather than replaces licensed professionals. A Fair Housing classifier checks questions and replies to help prevent discriminatory steering; no independent testing was found.
