Muse
Meta's personal AI agent that handles email, planning, shopping and travel through connected apps.
By Meta · launched 2026-09 · last checked 2026-11-02
Why 3: it works through email, calendar and partner connectors to book and buy, but checks with you before sensitive actions such as sending an email or making a purchase.
What it does. Muse works through connectors to Gmail, Google Calendar, Instagram and, in Singapore, partners such as Shopee, Lazada, Grab, Singapore Airlines, Agoda, Klook, Trip.com and ShopBack. Meta says it checks with you before sensitive actions such as sending an email or making a purchase, and that it runs on a dedicated cloud computer (Muse Secure VM) that keeps passwords and payment methods out of the agent's view.
Where it falls short. Meta says connector features will roll out progressively, with some experiences arriving after launch, and AI-glasses support has no date. We found no independent test of how reliably it completes bookings or purchases.
